You'll need
1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup
Directions
STEP 1
Heat the oven to 180C/ 375F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2
In a bowl of food processor, combine all nuts and seeds. Pulse until you get a coarse crumb texture. Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
STEP 3
Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
