My Keto Challenge

Friends! I have begun the 12-week keto challenge designed by me for people with diabetes and glucose intolerance, as well as for everyone else who would like to lead a healthier lifestyle and live a long and happy life.

I am going to follow a keto diet, drink a lot (of water, naturally), integrate physical activities into my life, and master meditation. My goal is to pass all program stages and obtain the desired weight, shape, blood sugar levels, etc.

Here are the results of my blood test that I did at the end of April, I’ll use them to track my progress.

ALT (liver function test) — 18 U/L
Creatinine blood test— 67.0 umol/L
Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)  — 8.5 %
C-peptide — 1.3 ng/ml
Bad cholesterol (low-density lipoproteins) — 1.8 mmol/L
Triglycerides — 1.04 mmol/L
