Well… It’s day 3 of my project. I’m still on track. It pleases me to see minus 1kg on my scales, but this isn’t my main goal. It’s just a lovely side effect.
I am full of energy. I don’t feel hungry at all. I don’t like going to the gym, which is why I do yoga or light workout at home. I also try to walk at least 5 km a day. So far so good.
I also keep a diary. I write down everything: what I ate, how much water I drank, how much physical activity I had, my weight and glucose level, how I felt. You won’t get far without monitoring 🙂
